It was originally referred to the Senate Health Committee when it was first introduced.ALDA's Patient Choice Bill (SB253) has been re-referred to the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee. Some of the same Senators are on Banking and Insurance that were on the Senate Health Committee list we sent on Wednesday, however there are new Senators that will need to be contacted.
Please use the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee list below as the committee members who must be contacted.
The attached SB253 Talking Points can be used when contacting your Senator. Remember - It is absolutely crucial that SB253 clear the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee with a positive vote, since we can't win the War unless we win the Committee Battle.
